ABOUT ME
Hey there! So you want to learn more about me? Well, my name is Lauren, some of you may know me as @laurenhenryhealth on Instagram. I am a plant-based animal lover who has healed myself of chronic illness with food and natural medicine. I love making plant-tastic foods, spending time in nature, finding any reason to laugh, and learning about anything related to natural healing and spirituality.
A few years ago my life was turned upside down because of chronic and unexplainable health problems like constant digestive issues, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, changes in my skin, and anxiety and depression. I went to many different doctors both conventional and alternative and got a lot of different diagnoses but no helpful solutions. Then in September 2015 I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and I grudgingly took antibiotics because I thought it was the only way to heal Lyme disease. Shortly after starting my treatment though, I was introduced to the book, Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal by Anthony William. It provided in depth information about Lyme disease as well as many other chronic and autoimmune conditions and how to heal the root causes. After reading this book my life was changed; I started implementing the dietary suggestions, supplements, and meditations into my daily life from the book and slowly my body started to heal!
Fast forward to today, I have eliminated nearly all of my health problems, I have more energy and hope for the future, and I feel more inspired than ever to help others recover their health and provide information about healing physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
